立絣あるいは無地、縞を織る際の木管です。２０台の織機を効率よく稼働させるためにこちらのタイプの木管は自動管巻き機械で作業します。もともと広幅用だったものを調整して使えるようにしました。久留米絣織機のような古いタイプの織機の場合、織り工程の前の準備工程において専用の機械、道具がない場合も多く、自前で工夫していくことも大事です。
