A day of Master(Juji pattern)

In the most recent 5 years, the pattern with the highest production volume in the “Tate-Kasuri” is the “Juji pattern”.

I make a cross pattern by combining two types of bundling patterns.

Also, when weft the weft in black, it becomes black,

Weaving the weft thread in white makes it gray as shown in the photo.

The fact that we have two colors in common for the warp threads is one of the reasons for the large production volume.

With this in mind, weft yarns can be developed in colors such as red, blue, purple, and green. In spring-autumn, I regularly make black and gray for Monpe of “Unaginonedoko shop” during the regular season, but during the off-season, it produces a variety of colors such as red, blue, and purple for one year. We succeeded in stable production through.

It seems that the construction of such a standard pattern production system often had patterns with different characteristics for each woven fabric, but in recent years, with the decrease in the number of producers, one woven fabric has various types. Opportunities to produce patterns have increased. Since the main use of Kasuri has changed from kimono to clothes, the production environment tends to be inefficient because the distribution environment in which the same pattern is used as a standard product is not available throughout the year. I feel that it is necessary to deepen the production system and sales system by constantly reviewing and responding to the times.
