<職人技>
絣は、柄合わせしながら織っていくので、柄を整えるために通常の織物よりも糸に糊と油をしっかりつけます。織りながら柄が微妙にずれてきたら、糸を浮かせたり沈ませたりしながら微調整します。糊の加減や糸の重なりでほぐれないときは、棒をさして糸の通り道を作ります。
