「若葉の生い茂る格子柄」経糸は、抹茶色で染めて、緯糸は明るめのグレーと掛け合わせました。そこにカラシ色とピンクの大柄な格子柄を組んで春の陽気に誘われて、新緑の季節を謳歌するイメージが浮かび上がりました。「４挺織機」は緯糸を最大４色まで組み入れることができる織機です。
