手作業で柄がずれないように
糸で留めます。
カセ（輪状）にするため
専用の機械で手繰ります。
一度に2本ずつ手繰っていきます。
澱粉糊で固まってる糸。
糊を落とすため、専用の助剤を
入れた水に漬けこみます。
今日はここまで。
今日も工場の前には、糊付けしたヨコ糸を干してます。
複数の柄を、ずれずれに仕込みしていくので
作業工程の管理が重要になります。
