紺と白に染め分けた絣糸を
太鼓に巻きつけます。
長さは、約１６０Ｍ
数メートルの長さ引っ張って
テンションを一定に保ちます。
荒オサに糸を割り込んで
オサの手前では
横並びだったタテ糸が
「グノマ」でずらした後は
きれいな市松模様になります。
柄合わせを確認しながら
ていねいに巻いていきます。
