荒巻工程 午前中 1本巻き終わりました。
紺と白のピンストライプを整経。
先染め織物なので
チーズ染色した糸を
並べて柄を作ります。
テンションを均一に保って
引っ張ります。
生地幅分の本数になるまで
複数回引っ張ります。
「トング」と呼んでいる木管に
絣のヨコ糸を
柄合わせしながら巻いてます。
1セット20本ずつを巻いていきます。
今は4種類の柄を織ってます。
