A day of Master(Shiro Kasuri)

<Characteristics of weaving>
Tate Kasuri which expresses a pattern only with warp threads. It is also called Itagasuri.
Since the kasuri and ground threads (white) have different thread thicknesses, there is a slight swell in the fabric, and the device is designed so that sweat does not cling to the skin. Since the cloth is thin and it is a white background, it has a feeling of sheerness.

<Dough width is narrow>
30/1 nep was used for the weft. The feature is that the thread is thin and shiny. The thread called Nep yarn
The surface of the thread has a crushed thread called a “Nep ball”, and it has a hand-powder feeling.
Since the weft is thin, the shrinkage rate is high, so after the blanched finish, the width of the fabric is 1 to 1.5 cm narrower than other fabrics.
