The warp-tying machine binds warp sections accounting to the accompanying Kasuri draft using yarn coated with starch and wound tightly.
It is reinforced with a coating of a biodegradable plastic mixed with wax,which smooths and strengthens the yarn for the weaving process.
The weft skeins are hung on bamboo poles outside to dry.The exposure softens the yarn.
